How do I book a ride?
You can book your ride by calling us at 904-587-9495, emailing Sunshineluxurytransport@gmail.com, or submitting a request through our website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes. We offer airport transportation to and from major area airports, including Jacksonville International Airport and surrounding regional airports. Please provide your flight details when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Do you track flight arrivals?
When flight information is provided, we do our best to monitor arrival times and adjust pickup timing when possible. Please notify us as soon as possible if your flight changes.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport transfers, weddings, holidays, weekends, and special events. Same-day requests may be available depending on scheduling.
Are your rides private?
Yes. Sunshine Luxury Transport provides private transportation. Your ride is reserved for you and your party.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing may vary based on pickup location, destination, travel distance, time, wait time, vehicle availability, and special requests. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit may be required to secure certain reservations, events, or longer-distance trips. Any deposit requirement will be discussed at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee is required if notice is provided less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your ride.
What happens if I am late?
We understand that delays happen. A 15-minute wait time is included for standard pickups. For airport pickups, 45 minutes of wait time is included after the plane lands. Additional wait time may be charged after the included wait time.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Do you offer transportation for weddings and special events?
Yes. We provide professional transportation for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, private celebrations, and other special occasions.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing and properly installing any required child safety seat unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Additional cleaning requirements may apply. Service animals are welcome as required by applicable law.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted inside our vehicles.
What should I do if I leave something in the vehicle?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to locate and return lost items, but Sunshine Luxury Transport is not responsible for items left behind.
