Welcome to Sunshine Luxury Transport. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Sunshine Luxury Transport provides private luxury transportation services in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Services may include airport transfers, local transportation, event transportation, wedding transportation, business travel, and custom ride requests.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is not confirmed until Sunshine Luxury Transport has accepted the reservation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, drop-off details, dates, times, contact information, passenger count, luggage details, and any special requests.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if there are changes to the trip, including additional stops, extended wait time, route changes, extra mileage, delays, special requests, or schedule adjustments.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time, cleaning, damage, late-night service, holidays, or extended service time.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Sunshine Luxury Transport may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment in advance.
The customer agrees to pay all charges associated with the reservation, including any additional fees incurred during the service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary by service type, event type, vehicle type, and reservation details. A cancellation fee is required if notice is provided less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.
- Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Please contact Sunshine Luxury Transport as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
6. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the passenger does not arrive at the scheduled pickup location within the allowed waiting period and does not contact Sunshine Luxury Transport.
No-shows may be charged the full fare.
7. Waiting Time
A 15-minute wait time is included for standard pickups. For airport pickups, 45 minutes of wait time is included after the plane lands. Additional waiting time may be billed after the included wait time.
Included wait time:
- Standard pickups: 15 minutes included
- Airport pickups: 45 minutes included after the plane lands
Waiting time charges will be communicated when applicable.
8. Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information. Sunshine Luxury Transport will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight status when details are provided. However, customers are responsible for communicating major flight changes, cancellations, missed connections, or baggage delays.
9. Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup times, locations, destinations, stops, passenger count, or service duration are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Sunshine Luxury Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be issued if service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.
11. Smoking, Vaping, and Prohibited Items
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the vehicle. Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and any prohibited items are not allowed.
Violation of this policy may result in termination of service and additional cleaning or damage fees.
12. Alcohol
Alcohol may only be permitted where allowed by law and with prior approval from Sunshine Luxury Transport. Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
Sunshine Luxury Transport reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers if safety is a concern.
13. Cleaning and Damage Fees
Customers are responsible for any damage, excessive mess, spills, stains, odors, or cleaning required due to passenger actions. Cleaning or repair fees may be charged to the customer’s payment method.
14. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
Passenger and luggage limits must not exceed the vehicle’s legal and safe capacity. Sunshine Luxury Transport may refuse service if the passenger count or luggage amount exceeds what was disclosed at booking or what the vehicle can safely accommodate.
15. Child Safety Seats
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing and properly installing any required child safety seat unless other arrangements have been confirmed in advance.
16. Pets and Service Animals
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Additional cleaning requirements may apply. Service animals are welcome as required by applicable law.
17. Delays and Force Majeure
Sunshine Luxury Transport makes every reasonable effort to provide timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, flight delays, law enforcement activity, events beyond our control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
18. Safety
Safety is a priority. Drivers may choose routes based on traffic, road conditions, safety, or efficiency. Passengers must follow driver instructions related to safety and vehicle use.
19. Lost or Forgotten Items
Sunshine Luxury Transport is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Delivery or shipping fees may apply.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunshine Luxury Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed events, lost income, or other losses related to delays, cancellations, or service interruptions.
21. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.
22. Privacy
Use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
23. Right to Refuse Service
Sunshine Luxury Transport reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for safety, legal compliance, operational reasons, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
25. Changes to Terms
Sunshine Luxury Transport may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
